“I really like this little pan–it’s perfect for single cooks, but would be fine for duos too. It has a basic non-stick surface (the smooth type, not T-fal). Be sure to season it well with cooking oil before the first use so food will not stick. Do not use commercial pan sprays–they will eventually buckle this type of finish. Instead, spray or wipe with cooking oil only. Also, use silicon cooking tools; never use metal utensils or you’ll damage the non-stick finish.”
